Will we receive an order confirmation?

Yes, after a successful transaction has been completed you will receive an order confirmation to the email that was used to place the order

Will we receive a VAT receipt?

When the order has been processed you will be sent a VAT receipt to the email that was originally used, this will show the breakdown of the products and the VAT shown separately

Are there any shipping charges?

We offer free delivery as standard to Mainland UK postcodes, with the exception of the Scottish Highlands/Islands and certain AB postcodes, for us to deliver to these postcodes we would need to obtain a shipping quote, we will only pass on the additional charges from the courier, for us to quote please send the requirements to [email protected]



What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.

We also accept PayPal, Cheques, or a BACS payment

Can we pay by Pro Forma Invoice?

Yes, there is an option at the checkout page to select Bacs payment, if this option is selected, no money will be taken but a record of the order will be sent to us, we would use the information on this to send across a Pro Forma Invoice which would contain all of our BACS details for a direct payment

 Are there any additional charges for paying by credit card?

There are no hidden charges when paying for an order with a credit card



What Information do you require for delivery?

For the delivery information, we need the full name, address, and telephone number for someone on site to accept the delivery, a mobile number is preferred.  Couriers will not contact you beforehand to arrange delivery unless this has been agreed upon in advance with the office.

It is your responsibility to ensure these are correct, any failure to provide any information which results in a failed delivery would incur a redelivery charge, this would need to be paid for before redelivery is made.

Do you deliver to all of the UK?

We can deliver to all of the mainland UK, however, there are some exceptions that require additional carriage to be made.  These include the Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands, including Jersey and Isle of Wight – included in these restrictions are IV, AB, and PH postcodes.  We can deliver to these addresses, we would need to obtain a shipping quote, please contact us on [email protected]

Do you deliver internationally?

We can quote on international deliveries, please contact us with requirements for more information.

Can you deliver on weekends?

The typical delivery would be Monday-Friday, however in some instances, deliveries can be arranged for a weekend, there would be a supplementary charge for this, please contact us for quotes.

What happens if something is broken or missing from the order?

In the unlikely event of this happening, we would need to be notified within as soon as possible, within 24 hours so we can investigate what has happened, in the result of a broken items, we would require an image of the damage and then we will rectify the issue
