Delivery and Returns Policy


All orders are delivered on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.   Weekend deliveries would incur additional charges, please contact us for a quote.  We try to offer free delivery to mainland UK.  Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and certain AB postcodes will incur additional delivery charges, this will be the charge passed down from the couriers to deliver to the excluded locations.

Between ourselves and our suppliers, we try to provide an accurate lead time on each product, if anything is out of stock at the point of order we will be in touch as soon as possible to advise on updated delivery information.

We use both the national Pallet network for items which need to travel on pallets and for smaller orders they can be dispatched with standard couriers such as DPD and Tuffnells.

If there are any restrictions in place for deliveries we need to be informed of these before the dispatching of the goods to avoid any redelivery charges, if these are incurred through no fault of our own we would need to pass these charges on.


We encourage upon the receipt of the goods the items to be inspected and in the unlikely event, there are issues with the delivery we must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery.  If upon inspection you have any damages we would request a photo of the damage and we would rectify this as soon as possible.

If within 14 days the products are unsuitable and you wish to return them, this would be at your own cost, the goods must be unused and in saleable condition.  Any products that are made to order are exempt from the returns policy due to their bespoke nature.
